ETA this OPEN LETTER is clearly pointing at FRAUD, the Achilles heel of TM.
Pointing direction FRAUD is also sometimes referred to as doing an "Al Capone" ;-)

For some of you, who may be too young to know: Al Capone was a mafia boss, against whom police never found enough evidence to prosecute. He was in the end arrested and convicted for tax evasion, a sentence long enough for him to die in prison ...

Al Capone didn't die in prison.

He was released in 1939 and died in 1947.

My apologies. Don't know how, but my memories were obviously not completely correct ...
Anyway, he was finally caught for something, they could charge him for ;-)
