There is someone (initials JP) whose comment has been taken from GoFundMe. I wonder why she has been selected from all the thousands who commented.

I would think she leaving a email addy on Pat Browns blog helped? I think the ones selected where the ones that required a simple 2 second search to find i.e. lazy journos....

Edit: And KL was as easy as googling her name and the first result is her Facebook page. A-KW we know left all her details on PB 's blog but the Mail probably used the BBC article she was featured in.

I have messaged her. I know she is a passionate follower of the case but we have never actually discussed it other than we have similar leanings. I spoke to her before about the Anastasia hotel supposed kidnapping last year.

I don't think permission has to be given if it is just the comment and name lifted from the page??? It can be viewed and copied by anyone.

It is done everywhere, things are re tweeted, re posted, it is even done here with comments from people who give their views on newspaper articles..

I would think you are correct but I was more interested to find out if she had been contacted at all.

Have spoken to the person concerned and she is contacting the DM. She has no worries about it and is proud of her support of GA.

Playing catch up at the mo but will also have a look at the comments as well.

Overall - I think it's been extremely positive and the Media are playing a clever game.

But to them though it always has been a game which some of us have said all along.

This game is ending soon though. And not in the McCanns favour.

IMO.

Well a quick glance down of the Sun comments and couldn't see one that it was in support of K and G.

Shills day off or the Sun aren't allowing them.

As was mentioned upthread, K G and Clarence will be 'seething'.
