So far it only seems Istanbul
Lots of people on the streets too, and I think the tanks may have moved from that bridge.
Chaos as you say. No sign of a live Presidential statement though which is strange.

I just read and could hardly believe it, that a 12-14-year-old SUICIDE bomber killed more than 50 people and injured nearly a 100 at a wedding party!

I remember watching a programme a few years ago about the families of Arab suicide bombers who had killed people in Israel.
It was a time of great celebration about the "wonderful" thing their sons had done - I presume that this young bomber was male too.
Words fail me that in some communities children are brainwashed from birth to carry out such atrocities and that they will be heroes for doing so.

Today's news is that police in Iraq have stopped and disarmed a 12-year-old boy with a bomb belt on his way to a mosque ...
