Heard on the news yesterday that the police are re-opening this case. Caroline was only 14 and murdered in 1996.

Yet another case that I've never come across.
I watched the 1st part of that documentary. I assume the 18 year old boyfriend who was into drugs was ruled out then?
Will watch the other parts soon at some point.

No, I've never heard of this one either.
The boyfriend was with two or three friends who confirmed that he was with them all night.
