"Madeleine McCann was abducted during a botched burglary after she disturbed thieves who broke into her family's holiday home, it has been claimed."

I notice they attribute the statement to the Daily Star - not exactly a reliable source Laughing

BHH the other day came out with the 'one lead that everyone agrees is worth pursuing' line.

Then we have the team McCann spin on it that this 'lead' is the botched burglars etc. Best they could come up with.

It's all rubbish. Just like that Daily Mail nonsense that they're going to knock on your door, which originated from a paid shill off twitter.

Seriously, honestly really?? Where's the body? Three burglars walk in through the patio doors intending to steal something to sell for money, take nothing but a child and put her where? They're supposed to be robbers, not professional child abductors eh? So SY, where did they leave her? Do they have a hidden underground world known only to them? If they've already spoken to them, why on earth did they let them go without getting answers?

Until I see an official statement from the Met (which I haven't), then I will carry on assuming it's TM codswollop.

This codswollop would not of appeared if GA didn't win the court case.

They would of waited until the 3rd of May when this tripe was supposed to go out.

Imo.

Your right Andrew, I must ignore this codswallop, it is only cause Goncalo won!

They called the Watergate crew "burglars" too.... and look how that ended up. Nixon resigned.

Is the Star one step up or down from the Sun ?

However, things are certainly coming out now and whatever slant the media give these stories, they put them right in the public eye. Very Happy

There's no way this can be wrapped up as a burglary gone wrong, no evidence at all for this. And why put it in the newspapers? giving the men a heads up to go on the run? Haven't heard of those men men making a run for it from they were first questioned. If OG were investigating the Mcs, we certainly wouldn't know nor would it be plastered in the papers, IMO.

Just to put in bold.....

Scotland Yard refused to discuss the final line of inquiry for operational purposes.

A spokesman said: "There is no comment while there is an ongoing investigation."

http://www.dailystar.co.uk/news/latest-news/511718/Madeleine-McCann-kidnapped-during-a-botched-burglary

Snipped from the latest Star article that came out about an hour ago..

One of the suspects is said to be a 16-year-old boy who confessed to joining a gang in a bid to buy a sports car.

.... So he was 7 back then was he.

Good one.

Kids in McCannworld are very advanced for their age.

Poor Madeleine was only three years away from demanding her first Ferrari.

Perhaps he was employed as the babysitter and unfortunately two of his older mates let themselves in to see what there was to steal.

Ah, now you see, this is getting too silly for words. In case you've forgotten Madeleine was days away from her fourth birthday so she hadn't needed a babysitter for years.

I don't think they know what they mean.

Desperate 'make it up as you go along stuff' instigated by the ever predictable team McCann. Who imo are feeling incredibly scared at the moment.

Hence all this drivel they are getting the press to print.

Clarence is earning his coin this week anyway.
