Quite Bampots.  An appeal cannot be made just because one isn't happy with the judgement of the Appeal Judges (how ridiculous that sounds, appealing against an appeal!)

I would question the legal advice they have that advises to go down this route.   Where do they see this ending ?  European Court of Human Rights       FGS !


Oh, and I would add that TM argue about publicity being upsetting and life altering for the twins, yet they themselves continue with this circus.

To be honest bluebell I really do believe the McCanns are heading for the ECHR. I can't
see them getting past the first stage with the appeal to the Supreme Court though. My
thoughts are they cannot afford to have 'The Truth of the Lie' published in English. I do
think this is their main concern. Just my opinion.

Where are they getting the money to do this I wonder. I know they`re supposed to have kept back some money to search for Maddie when SY fail - but going to the Supreme Court is hardly searching is it.

Anyway, I thought the 3 judges in the Appeal Court were all in agreement, so it`ll be like searching for a needle in a haystack to find some loophole or point of law that will overturn 3 judges decision.

My opinion, is that the Mc's are getting stitched up everywhere...
