Johnny Gosch
I came across this last week as i promised to do some ironing for my wife and thought i could watch a movie at the same time.....flicking through netflix i watched a documentry on Johnny Gosch and was gobsmacked by it!
Its a tale of a missing newspaper boy from 1980s and as the story unravels it becomes a nighmare. Every looney thing you have read about abducted children is here in Johnny Gosch from Pedos to Santanism to government conspiracy......its a really powerful sad tale.... Johnnys mum is a strong lady who fought for her offspring and helped develop and institute the first CEOP type thing in the USA....

The first missing child to appear on a milk carton.
Certainly is a bizarre one. Will look out for that programme then as would quite like to watch it.
I'm sure we discussed this case on here ages ago or I'm probably losing my marbles.

No not at all. It's a highly intriguing case and merits a thread on it's own.
I think it was discussed on the 'various missing' thread not that I've trawled through to check.

Snipped from Bampots link:
WHO TOOK JOHNNY is an examination into the infamous thirty-year-old cold case of Iowa paperboy Johnny Gosch, the first missing child to appear on a milk carton.
But Etan did disappear 3 years prior.
