Can't remember if I have ever posted about this case but I have just watched this for a second time this morning, and I just cannot get my head round it. I really don't know what I would do if on the jury. Compelling evidence this bloke just wanted to die and his family get the insurance money.
I think since this was made Kenneth Minor's sentence was overturned and he was convicted of manslaughter rather than murder..
Very interesting case imo.
