Yes paid shills do exist

Came across this which backs up the idea that social media is being manipulated to counteract the growing dissent against TM. Obviously the Madeleine case is not mentioned but it does show that it is more than just a possibility.

There are two types of McCann shills IMO. Those that are getting paid - their language is fairly restrained. And those that condone the murky world they think Madeleine was caught up in - their language is foul and their minds perverted.

I was looking through the PJ files today and I`m currently studying the sightings of MBM. A strange coincidence maybe but there is a woman who says she saw M in Santa Ponsa Majorca. She reported the sighting thus:

i caught up with my mum and husband and we all agreed it was the image of her - but was too short !! - I wanted to chase after her with my camera, but they convinced me it couldn't be her as she was too small - I cant believe it may now be her and cannot rest until i know i have reported this possible sighting.

This is the same woman who was involved in a vile facebook message about Brenda that has been discussed on this forum.
There was a conversation involving Pam Gurney and Jill where it was mentioned that JuLHancock was in the files which is what made me look.
Here is a reminder of her nasty comment.

I think she is using her real name as a check of her FB page will show. There are comments and photos of family members etc and I saw a letter she wrote to her local paper about Christmas lights. She is one of the few active pros who doesn't use an alias but she is a very deluded woman. I think she must be getting paid the amount of time she devotes to her witterings.

I don't believe PG is paid. I think she is just unhinged. I actually worry for her sanity when the house of cards all comes tumbling down.

Very easy to set up a fake that looks genuine over time.

My guess is she is Kate. Or Gerry. Probably both.

Liz Martin, and one of them did contact her boss, I believe.

Showing my total ignorance here, but I don't know what a "shill" is really - as opposed to a "troll", and I'm not quite clear what a troll is either..

Numerous portrayals have emerged to do with social media in the last few years, all quite unintelligable to me.

I don't do Facebook and I don't Tweet.  I fail to understand why someone would want to have such a universal social commentary going on.

There are plenty of 'pro' and 'anti' forums if people want to make comments about this subject, or others which are newsworthy.

Can someone explain the attraction of 'socialising' via the ethernet?  One has no knowledge of other people, who they are, who they purport to be.   They are strangers when all said and done.    

IMO what a sad and sorry life to spend hours sending one-line tweets , why is anyone interested, it baffles me?

I really feel the same about blogs (exceptions here for Tigger, Dr Roberts).   Facts are interesting and worth examining, but just general comments be they amusing or not are valueless and I don't understand why they are quoted as of interest.

All IMO of course, and I accept many have other opinions..   Just a rant.

I believe I know the transcript, I was in shock horror when I read it....so much so that I pm'd someone about it. So I just checked back my pm and it was posted by Andrew on the 9th Oct ...for anyone that might want to dig it up and have a read.
