New Timezone Management
I have changed it in admin, so now when you are a guest it shows correct date and time - but when logged in it is wrong and showing tomorrows date and 2 hours behind. You therefore need to go into your profile and change it to London time. The date then changes automatically when you save the London setting.
Self explanatory, see here...........

Time Display - one hour difference as a member or when a guest
When not logged in, the forum is showing one hour out, i.e. one hour in front. This is because forumotion have upgraded the systems and it is now set to default. It is all explained here in this thread..
