Only 2 children were taken to hospital and the hospital was apparently put into lockdown - the rest of the children and teachers were all pronounced dead at the scene by the iffy coroner.

I'm not sure whether I think it was right to sue this person. It's hardly surprising that there were suspicions about the event when parents were interviewed, looking and sounding as if was the most wonderful thing that could have happened.
