No info on that yet but she's interviewed Pat Brown today. Looking forward to watching it.

Yep, could be - certain players have been laid low - Brunty - after a lengthy sabbatical - is only let loose on stories

Will there be 'rapid landscape gardening' in the not too distant - I reckon it's before Christmas this year - if not, probably never.

The Frizzel (sp) docu the last hurrah - for Team McCann (God do I hate that term) before the cold scalpel of truth is applied.

When the good doctors were made arguidoes - and the Holy See website pulled all references to them within 3 hours of that - marks for me the turning point.

Kate & Gerry ceased to be saints at that point.

If nothing else had convinced me that the McCann method of looking for a child was somewhat suspect, the naming of the business side of the enterprise would do the trick:

The Fighting Fund - that would certainly speak to the British fighting for the underdog

Team McCann - family 'united' in the fight to ....see above

Cuddlecat.co.uk and cuddlecat.org -ahhhh, everybody going to buy a CC to get Maddie back?
(This was ditched although both websites were retained for several years and  my feeling is that there were quite a few cuddlecats ready and waiting - where else did Kate get the 40 or so from she gave to Metodo3 to encourage the staff?)

Surely one would need something on the lines of a manager and Chief of Staff and a planning strategy - ah! The Wider Agenda, the Global Madeleine Day, 1st Year anniversary planning...

No, a really trusted source though and with 1 billion being RC, Vatican is in a good position to know a lot, if you also take the confessional in consideration. a priest would not have to break his vows, just suggest to a superior it would not be a good idea etc. the message would then end up with those in touch with the Holy See..

Yes I too see the Frizzel doc more a way of covering the arses of the Missing charity. So they can say afterwards "Look how fooled we all were"

As long as we don't conflate two different Vatican whooshings - shortly after the audience with the Pope - pictures of Benedict with K&G appeared on the Vatican's website - and were taken down again a few days later.

The Madeleine page (inviting peeps to pray etc) remained - and it was That page that was whooshed shortly after the doctors had been made arguidos.

Obviously I may be wrong - it's been yonks - but anyone able to provide a credible link?

You see, God's representative on Earth will always stand by his flock when the greatest tragedy befalls them. Unless, of course, suspicion should fall on them, in which case it becomes necessary to preempt a PR disaster. Apparently ignoring the worldly notion of innocent until proven guilty, the Vatican has removed all mention of the Pope's meeting with the McCanns from its website, just in case. As if it wasn't bad enough having the world's media turn on them amid a sea of speculation and unfounded rumour, the McCanns now seem to have been abandoned by the leader of their own religion. How very Christian of him.

What a gutsy lady. You could tell she was incensed at the media`s reporting of Brenda`s death. Sonia has truly got the bit between her teeth and jolly good luck to her.

Can`t wait to find out who the person is that she says is involved in maintaining the abduction theory - she says we will all be so shocked !  

Roll on March - hopefully we`ll then know the outcome of the damages trial and also Brenda`s inquest.

I wouldn`t have given this preview myself - it would have been better to just put it out there. As it stands there will be people making a massive effort to stop its release.

ETA - Blimey - nearly 200 people have watched it already - and that`s in just an hour.

I don't understand the bit about the person online who has maintained the abduction theory. There are plenty of those, ranging from the sewer element like muratfan to the nice but dim ones on the Madeleine Facebook page.

Why the identity of such a person will come as a shock I really don't know.

I think she means some online tweeter  who has been prolific which we probably all know by their username, but we will be shocked to find out who it actually is.........hmmmm, sounds interesting.

My guess is this will go the same way as the 2TV2 charade where it will end up (for whatever reason) not being published. This I'll tell you a secret in a while just gets tiresome. My initial thought on the identity was a 'sofa queen'.

After the end of March it will be released. After Dr Amaral's trial and Brenda's inquest. The prolific online abduction protagonist? I'm wondering if it's the person Brenda was tweeting about a lot? Or a family member?

And she's doorstopped 4 of the main characters present in Portugal at the time. Interviews not forthcoming but nerves perhaps a-jangling?

I reckon if that happens we'll know she's been 'got at' for sure, HKP. She appears determined.

I agree but I don't think 'advertising' that in 3 months something will be released is a particularly good idea for this case, loads can (and probably will) happen between now and then. She does seem determined I'll keep my fingers crossed she delivers.

Worries me too. That's why I hope she stays safe.
