Absolutely flippin' disgusting. He should be in jail.
Apparently there's a petition going round to deny him this supposed honour and it already has well over 100,000 signatures.
I read somewhere that they have to give it to him because it's holding up all the subsequent prime ministers from getting theirs.
This honour is higher than the common or garden knighthood. The Queen has lost the plot !
