Telephone records for the week 28th April to 4th May 2007
Kate 28th April
"On Saturday 28th April 2007, after their arrival in Luz, Kate McCann’s mobile triggered the antenna 9 times. It is not possible to say, from the available records, whether these were incoming or outgoing calls or SMSs or for how long they lasted.
20.55
20.59
The last activations were at 20.55 and 20.59 when (based on their statements) the Tapas 9 returned for an early night after eating at the Millennium Restaurant with their children. All of these records were erased from the memory of Kate McCann’s mobile.
Gerald McCann’s mobile did not activate any of the Luz antennae that dayTapas phones
Gerry 28/29/30th April and1st May.
.
Activations of the mobile phone (44)778698#### User/Owner: Gerald PATRICK MCCANN.

The first record occurs on 29 April, 2007, at 10:13:54, on the antenna "Praia da Luz Centre" of Vodafone, and the last date of 9 September, at 9:40:42 on antenna "Montenegro" of the same operator.
In total this mobile phone generated 5,569 records, of which only 0,36% occur before the girl's disappearance.
On 29 April, the mobile phone in question has two records on the antennae of Praia da Luz.
On 30th, there are no records.

This was part of some tweets re the late arrival of the sub and may be related to the call from Gerry’s mobile 29 April, 2007, at 10:13:54

On Sunday 29th April 2007, the first activation of Kate McCann’s mobile was at 9.23, but again there are no Vodafone logs or time bars to provide further detail. However, by internally matching the antenna records it appears that she called her husband at 12.26 and 17.02".
The last we read of 29th is that she and Gerry were back in 5a at 11pm after their tapas meal.
No record of any activities until evening of 30th.

#RobertMurat I always said #RobertMurat's texting at 2200 on 1/5 was directly connected with K #Mccann's which started 2 mins after Murat's had finished.
Here's another funny thing: #Murat pairs of SMS 2200 1/5 separated by: 1 min, 3 mins, 6 mins. KM's at 2216 by 1 min, 3 mins, 7 mins.Connect! .
KM was in/near 5A making mobile calls until TWO minutes before crying started. Or at least, the calls were from her mobile. he afternoon run she seems to have put the Madeleine in the creche at 15.15, then put the twins into their creche at 15.25, then back to get Madeleine out of the creche at 15.30.
The only phone records that seem to be public for this day are for DP who had calls at 0846 and 1550.
@PJudiciaria have withheld Annex 37 - tele calls 1/5. But they slipped up and told us KM's mob made 16 calls on 1 May. Probably some of these (rapid burst late evening) were begging for help which was sent via voicemail next day.
@PJudiciaria You withheld Annex 37. So you know the importance of K #McCann's texts/calls 1/5 2031-37 and 2216-28. Urgent! "Fala"
K #McCann had a frenzy of calls on 1/5. Gerry didn't make a single voice call 1 or 2/5. But his 12 voicemails dovetailed neatly, w/out overlap, with incoming calls fm; Amanda, his Ma, Whetstone woman, Rachel and Jane. Each time 1 of them called, GM was waiting for it.

Wednesday, 2 May 2007. Our last completely happy day. Our last, to date, as a family of five. If only it was possible to rewind. Even for an hour. Today it rained. The children went to their clubs, but our tennis lessons were postponed. Instead we joined Fiona, David and Dianne at the Millennium restaurant for coffee.
We then returned to our apartment and a little while later I left again, to go for a run with Matt. I’d bought a new pair of running shoes a few days before we’d left for Portugal and they were certainly getting a good initiation. They were pink, which I wasn’t quite sure about – I wondered how seriously a runner in pink trainers could be taken – but after a few outings in the sand they weren’t looking quite so glaring and girly. As we ran along the promenade, a small dog jumped out from under a bench and attacked my right calf. It was pretty sore and I was a bit shaken, but I carried on as coolly as I could manage. Maybe he just didn’t like those pink trainers.
Gerry and I picked up the children, had lunch in the apartment and then took them to the play area for an hour before walking them to their clubs. The tennis group lessons were rescheduled for the afternoon: Gerry’s group first, followed by mine. After that it was the usual routine: tea with the children, playtime, bathtime, milk, stories, kids’ bedtime, get ready, Tapas at 8.30pm.
Tonight it was Rachael’s turn to be feeling a bit under the weather and she gave dinner a miss, remaining in her apartment next door to ours. The only other difference was that after dinner we ventured into the enclosed bar area – where it was, to my relief, warmer – for a liqueur. As a result we went back to our apartments a little later than normal. It also meant that the time between our last check of the children and our return was longer, closer to forty-five minutes. At about 11.50pm, Gerry abruptly announced, ‘Right, I’m off to bed. Goodnight.’

- 00447818520047 a telephone number that has not yet been identified, which on 2nd May 2007 sent 14 written SMS messages to Gerald McCann and another 4 on the day following Madeleine McCann's disappearance.
http://www.mccannpjfiles.co.uk/PJ/MOBILE_PHONE_ANALYSIS.htm
Kiko tweet:
6 texts on Murat's mobile (always said it was taken over by #McCann), 6 on KM's. These represent the NEEDS. 12 mails on GM's - the solutions.
Kiko’s tweets:
rec'd 12 voicemails 2/5. Didn't respond to any, so clearly absorbing info - but from whom? When/how did he tell 'em what he needed?
My guess is, the bulk of #McCann's 12 voicemails on 2/5 dealt with removal of the body. Other things (visit of rellies e.g) take 2nd place.
12 voicemails 2/5 fell into 4 groups. Between each group, others texted/called (e.g. to UK). Then GM had another group ofv'mails.
Just done more analysis of the 12 voicemails. It's clear Gerry rcvs a group, then waits for info, then rcvs another etc etc.
Gerry didn't make a single voice call 1 or 2/5. But his 12 voicemails dovetailed neatly, without overlap, with incoming calls fm; Amanda, his Ma, Whetstone woman, Rachel and Jane. Each time 1 of them called, GM was waiting for it.
Rachel Oldfield tried to cover up several texts on morning and afternoon of 2/5.
Rachel's calls were "em branco" (in blank) so that the PJ/mobile provider couldn't say if call or text, whether to her or from her.

It can be seen that all the liaising with Jon Corner is done by Kate alone.
Jon Corner who had videos and photographs ready to distritute to the media in accordance - as Kate says in her book - with the US system of dealing with missing children. Corner was doing that it seems before 10.00 am that morning.
Gerry has a number of calls with the Camerons. Trish Cameron who says she alerted the British Embasssy after Gerry complained to her in his 23.40 call that the police haven't turned up with dogs yet.
However, John McCann says he was called at 23.40 by Gerry. The call registered lasted 11 minutes.
The caller I'd have expected to find represented is Michael Wright. He does not appear to be on the list of either Kate or Gerry.
Kate continued 4/5
.
Kate or Gerry must have called Anne Marie Wrights' mother between 22.00 and 23.00 as Michael Wright states in his rogatory interview:
Thursday 3/5.
About 23:00 that night I received a very uncomfortable [or compelling] call from my wife's mother who told me about Madeleine's disappearance. We all thought that Madeleine was going to appear in the following hours, even while I drove Nora back to Liverpool in the early morning of Friday, 4 May. I stayed in Liverpool.
I spoke to Kate by phone between 10:00 and 11:00am that morning and she confirmed that she wanted her mother, her father and Nora with her. The family liaison [officer?] arranged the journey of the mother, father and Nora to Portugal that same afternoon.

Question marks:
Liaison Officer? This early in the proceedings and how did he find out about this?

(this is the call that supposedly activated the political 'help' - however, the Ambassador was already on his way to PdL from Lisbon and must imo have been alerted late the previous night or very early morning and been instructed by the FO to go to PdL in person. This is highly irregular and is a big red flag imo. Tigger)
Kate's phone: no calls made from 27April to 4 May; she received no calls from 11h22 on 2 May until 23h17 on 3 May
However, inside Kate's phone there is a record of a call received from Gerry at 23h17, 3 May. But no record of the call on Gerry's phone. It had been erased. (GA).
Question: was Gerry already using an alternative phone? He seems to have very few calls compared to Kate. .

Re: Telephone records for the week 28th April to 4th May 2007
During the period of the Murat/Gerry mobile silence, which extended in both their cases from 1545 on 2 May to 2315 after the "abduction" on 3 May, the Tapas Seven were almost equally silent.
Exceptions are Rachel Oldfield who received a text from an unidentified UK mobile at 1133 on 3rd, and O'Brien who received a text said to be from his mother at 1053 on the same day.
Tanner received a very brief call - no more than a pulse - from somebody at her child's pre-school group, Stoke Hill in Exeter, at 1359 on 2 May. A pre-planned signal, you might well think. Tanner returned the call from her mobile - it lasted over three minutes - at 1433. An hour and twelve minutes later began the joint mobile silence.
Nothing proven, but given the possibility that the person at Stoke Hill was also an acquaintance of Robert Murat, it's conceivable that Tanner was passing a message between them, and they had taken the trouble to set up the call with the pulse at 1359.
Looking at Tanner's call in relation to what everyone else was doing at that time, is quite interesting.

6 texts on Murat's mobile (always said it was taken over by #McCann), 6 on KM's. These represent the NEEDS. 12 mails on GM's - the solutions

Re: Telephone records for the week 28th April to 4th May 2007
Crickey Tigger, well done. I have only just found this.
On The Night, when apparently one was keeping vigil in wait for the cold light of dawn and the other was just having a little snooze ( not read the bewk so I rely on hearsay) it seems that they mange to process around 80 calls both in and out. Was not Mrs Wotsit with them all night, listening to all this?

Jane Tanner's phone activation is interesting. Nothing much at all at the start of the holiday - 3 activations in total - until suddenly on the 2nd May it goes wild... 6 calls all in one day starting at 08:30 approx am.

Re: Telephone records for the week 28th April to 4th May 2007
I`ve returned to this thread to look at the phone calls on Monday 30th.
Bluebag has posted over on CMoMM on the Sonia Poulton thread that he thinks the `process` started earlier in the week - which I tend to agree with. There may have been a happening (e.g. MBM banged head at the creche on the afternoon of Monday May 30th which would explain why KM was called to collect MBM after only 20 mins of being dropped off at creche). I`ve always wondered if this happening caused a slow decline in MBM which culminated in her death on the 2nd/3rd.
Anyway here`s what Tigger/Kiko came up with for Monday 30th :-
"Kiko's tweets:

Re: Telephone records for the week 28th April to 4th May 2007
These interesting FACTS are what the pros avoid like the plague. In 3 years they have never answered my simple question about some other FACTS about Monday 30th April.
1. Bypassed by Gerry in his witness statement about the days spent in PdL.
2. Skipped over by Kate in her account of the truth. Tedious detail for established routines, for Monday though she mentions only a trip to the supermarket to get a few things and then refers briefly to the evening meal at Tapas.
A change in routine with Maddie in and out of crèche in 15 minutes while the twins stayed in theirs for another 2 hours.
No mention of this unusual day which would have relieved the tedium of reading about breakfast, crèche, tennis, lunch, crèche, high tea, bathtime, milk, biscuits, tapas meal.
The reader could have read something different, Maddie was somewhere other than crèche, with someone, doing something outside of her normal routine for the remainder of that afternoon.
But instead we have silence from Gerry and almost total silence from his wife.
A very interesting day when imo something crucial happened relating to Maddie's disappearance.

RD...."these are facts."
You have it one. I persist in noting that Kiko is reporting the facts of the call detail records which have been published by the PJ. He is not purporting a theory, he is reporting facts derived from large volumes of detailed data.
And the facts speak for themselves, who called whom, when and where.
On the other hand, exhausting, detailed analysis of misleading statements gets us where? ..to the realisation that the statements are at best illogical and misleading, so basing hypotheses on these shaky foundations gets us not very far. We need not debate whether the curtains whooshed or not, to pick an example, if the shutter was closed in the first place.
Better to stick to facts. Here endeth the..... :-)

- and also no doubt due to whatever occasioned radio silence on the 30th, the 2nd of May is skipped over, the day Gerry got all those messages he didn't get...
