I for one will and always have done, take everything that comes out of various media outlets with a large pinch of salt. Most of it as we all know is complete guff.
SY and PJ will not be showing their true hand in all this.
What ever is or has been 'leaked' is either a clever strategic tactic to close the net tighter behind the scenes or is just being made up by journo's with some TM spin to try and divert as they always seem to do. Make it up as they go along.

I haven't seen anything that indicates that OG is not a full investigation into the truth. It's not optimism, I just haven't been shown otherwise yet, just bucketloads of the usual media drivel.

Stakes going up with every report - The Telegraph is claiming two British men and one British woman.
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/newstopics/madeleinemccann/11221999/Seven-Madeleine-McCann-suspects-to-be-quizzed.html
And this statement of untruth has been copied word for word from the Daily Mail:
'The fact they are set to be questioned as arguidos show the Operation Grange officers probing Madeleine's disappearance are still focusing on the theory she was killed during a bungled break-in.'

Sort of takes the wind out of Kate and Gerry's sails when they claim it was the claim that Madeleine died, in GA's book, that made people not want to look for Madeleine. More people read these newspapers than have read GA's book, I suspect. Are they now going to also sue the British newspapers for saying the same thing?

Missing: Madeleine disappeared seven-and-a-half years ago
Seven new suspects have been identified by Scotland Yard officers investigating the disappearance of Madeleine McCann and will be ordered to provide a DNA sample.
Detectives plan to quiz the five men and two women this month. Two of the suspects are British.
The pair – a man and a woman – live on the Algarve in Portugal.
It is believed that the expats may know each other but it has not been revealed if they are a couple.
The DNA of the seven suspects will be matched against evidence taken from the apartment at the Ocean Club resort in the resort town of Praia da Luz where Madeleine was staying with her family when she vanished in 2007 aged three.

A source said: “After reviewing thousands of pieces of evidence, Scotland Yard investigators believe they have identified certain people who have vital information.
“It is likely the British suspects are already known to the investigation.”
Insiders said the seven people will be classed as “persons of interest” – or “arguidos” under Portuguese law.
Four of them are men from Portugal. The other is understood to be a woman of Central or Eastern European origin.

Interviews will be carried out by Portuguese officers with Scotland Yard detectives present.
It is understood some of the suspects know each other or worked together at the Ocean Club resort.
At least two of them are believed to have criminal records and some made phone calls to each other on the night Madeleine disappeared.
It is believed that the two British suspects were spoken to by Portuguese police after Madeleine vanished.
A Met spokesman said he could not “provide a running commentary on an ongoing investigation”.
The developments come three years after the Met launched Operation Grange, a fresh probe into the case. The inquiry began after Madeleine’s parents Gerry, 45, and Kate, 46, of Rothley, Leics, appealed to David Cameron for help in the search.

It emerged a fortnight ago that forensic experts were unable to DNA match 98 hair strands found during the original Portuguese police probe.
Scotland Yard believes these hairs could hold the key to solving the case.
The Operation Grange team last went to Portugal a month ago, visiting a lab where many of the DNA samples are held.
The Mirror revealed in May that
Scotland Yard had been given approval to dig up parts of the area near where Madeleine went missing.
One of the suspects questioned in July was a former Ocean Club worker and another a schizophrenic drug addict.
Operation Grange is running in parallel with a Portuguese probe, reopened in May five years after being shelved.

quite right - average time for an EAW to be implemented: 42 days - obviously we don't know when the EAW was applied for
unlikely it will come to fruition for the last week of November though

Re: Seven more....... By Joana - 10/11/14 PLUS UK Press articles
It's hard to know how much of all these stories is just fabrication, they all seem to add some new piece of information while virtually copying-and-pasting the last one to come out.
The Mirror says:
'It is believed that the two British suspects were spoken to by Portuguese police after Madeleine vanished.'
So if true they would probably be in the PJ files; however The Mirror is the paper I least trust on the McCanns. (There's The Star as well, but that's not really a newspaper anymore).

Clement Freud used to live there - he has since joined the heavenly choir:
After Freud's death, it emerged that in July 2007 he had helped the parents of missing child Madeleine McCann by cooking them dinners in Praia da Luz where he had a holiday home and offering them drinks. The couple initially thought that his written offers of assistance were a hoax

I posted a video somewhere that tells you who give out the most misinformation or propaganda.
BBC came top
The Mirror came in at about number 8 out of 10.
There were other UK media outlets, but cant remember which ones...

I didn't see ITV News, but there's a video on their website:
http://www.itv.com/news/2014-11-10/two-brits-among-seven-new-suspects-in-madeleine-mccann-investigation/
I've transcribed the video for the benefit of those who don't like clicking on links I assume the video of Redwood is old footage.
NARRATOR: Her face is surely one of the most recognisable in Europe, and yet her whereabouts remain as unknown now as the night she vanished in 2007. Someone does know what happened to Madeleine McCann; who that person is is at the heart of the latest stage of this investigation. Later this month 7 people will be questioned as supects, among them 2 British men and a woman, as well as another European woman and three Portuguese men. Four others will be questioned as witnesses. In recent months searches have been carried out around Praia da Luz as part of a new investigation run by British officers. When it was launched the need to speak to 38 people who were in the area at the time was seen as central to the enquiry.
REDWOOD: For those 38 people in total from a number of European countries, and obviously the enquiry that we seek to undertake will be, will be to understand more about what role if any they played in Madeleine's disappearance.
NARRATOR: As well as the searching mobile phone analysis has taken place, and that is how the latest group of suspects and witnesses have been identified. The longer Madeleine is missing, the less the chance of her being found alive, but the greater the chance of advances in technology offering answers as to what really happened.
---
No mention of a bungled break-in.

I watched this news report and they have cut the video short, In the studio the newsreader Alastair Stewart asked the reporter Emma Murphy if there was anymore information, she then mentioned the Ocean Club restaurant reservation book being left open, that the McCanns have always said anyone could have read it.
