So, in an attempt at a very brief synopsis, all the issues related to the book allegedly damaging the search, police investigation and compromising the position and feelings of the McCanns are either 'unproven' or 'proven with a caveat' - the McCanns would have been experiencing such traumas anyway, due to the loss of their daughter.

The 'proven' claims seem to relate to those issues which were known facts anyway, such as how many books were sold and the money made.

In short, looking very good for Amaral and scarily bad for the McCanns?

Indeed you could not make this stuff up.......considering TB believes the parents to be complicit in some manner with Madeleine's disappearance...surely they have created any emotional distress that they go through imo
