Above and summing up, due to the Citius clogging delay chaos that I had explained before somewhere (I'll get the link), the Public Ministry has decided that only the trials of the crimes that are punishable with jail sentences up to 5 years are going to be given priority, specially those that are considered urgent, where the suspect is detained or the cases where institutionalized minors are involved. I don't know if the McCanns vs. Amaral trial will be in this batch of processes but I have my doubts, so, it might take much longer than expected. About 3, 5 million processes are stalled.
