There's nothing at all about him that's visible to all; I don't know why the whole topic was removed.

Yes it was about Colin Sutton,I can't see why the whole thing has been moved. Jill said the letters related to where CS had worked in the Met , but as such they are largely meaningless. Any ex police officer could give such a list
