I hope Mr Malinka provides an answer, as Textusa says a straightforward question.

It is the mother who says she was resident in Portugal. It is quite possible that Sergey returned to Moscow to study at the university

It suggests - improbable as it may be - that there is a MSU campus in Lagos, Portugal? Or maybe some kind of correspondence effort. Apparently there is a campus of Coventry University in Scarborough, so anything's possible I suppose?

The fact he worked for Unilever didn't jump out at anybody?

If only the bloke made himself available for asking questions!

A media studies student could cobble that together for fifty euros.

I will have two then......they appear more professional than the students I know. Particularly the helicopter/ drone sequence as it pans around a windswept Sergi.....these 50 quid students must be in big demand eh???

Unilever? Maybe he worked for Martin Smith. Was he not a Unilever executive at some stage?

I think that must have been an editing error because there is no university in Lagos, Portugal - the nearest one is Faro which is The University of the Algarve - they do a technical and engineering course.

There are other universities in Lisbon.

It's all strange, and does not make sense to me.  SM would know that people would check up and it is so easy to see his profile. and find out about him for those that seem to make it their life's work to do so.  Yet he came on and said how poor he was and living off the payout he got for last 10 years., his story changed for day to day. ... .   I don't believe this was the real one at all on the forum over there that is my humble opinion. 

Does anyone remember when Goncalo Amaral joined I think it was 3a's and then we had Robert Murat join as well..... cough cough.  History is repeating itself.    All opinion of course.

I'd not heard of those two joining the 3As - was Mr A able to converse in English?!!!

Thanks for providing that info Freedom.  I am a member of LinkedIn but just recently I have difficulty accessing it - I think it`s because I have an old XP PC. It keeps telling me to upgrade my browser which is upgraded already.

I remember when we were told that Murat was going to post on 3As.
I think we waited for a week, then there was one post by someone claiming to be Murat, which was not at all convincing.
Seen it all before.
