I think, if anything happens, it's more likely to be March because a European Arrest Warrant would be easier to act upon while the UK is still a member state and before Article 50 is triggered.

Im not sure I ever read the justice forum, not in recent years anyway, but yea it's tit for tat with supporters for McCanns and Mr Amaral and what I've read so far very few know much about the case at all.its not worth reading at all.

Digital Spy is mainly an entertainment forum but it has loads of other sections it is owned by the Hearst company,it was the 4th biggest forum in the world at one time.They usually dont allow anything about the Mccanns on there DS are very paranoid when anyone mentions them,my opinion is if they are allowing the thread to stay Hearst company know something we dont.Well i hope that is the reason.

Apart from that it is a very good forum but far too big and fast.

There' some good stuff going down just at the moment. I particularly liked this comment.

Things aren't going well for the McCanns at all:

Firstly the ECHR rules that a Portguese journalist's freedom of speech takes precedence over someone's right to a good reputation.

Then the McCanns lose their case against Mr Amaral.

Then the UK high court admits that an injunction can't stop the media reporting what has been reported in other countries.

And now a Portuguese judge demolishes he McCanns innocence.

Not looking good for them. Not. Looking. Good. At. All.

Have patience, it'll come, particularly if it all over Facebook & Twitter. They'll want to be certain of the translation before risking publication.

Just a thought - the Supreme Court's findings might blow all the McCann libel threats out of the water as since the basis of their threats is that there is no evidence that they were involved with Madeleine's disappearance.

While they might bluster and threaten, the McCanns will not want any libel action to see the inside of a UK courtroom.

There are people who knows what happened for sure, if media brought this up and it goes all over social media maybe someone is falling for the pressure and step forward.

it's a nail in the coffin of the OG whitewash theory as well.

Unless you think that the British police are going to over-rule the Portuguese Supreme Court with all the diplomatic ramifications that would cause.
