Just been reading this site about Ground Penetrating Radar. Hope it is being used here.

Parents of murdered schoolgirl Danielle Jones visit garage block where police are searching for 15-year-old's body
Detectives sensationally revealed they have reopened the case of Danielle Jones - who was murdered by her uncle Stuart Campbell in 2001 - after a tip-off regarding 'garage bases'

Will it be possible for the police to use some sort of ground penetrating radar, or will excavation be the only way to search?
What about cadaver dogs, some can find remains under concrete can't they?

Police searching for the body of missing Danielle Jones in an old garage block bring in forensic archaeologists, powertools and specialist radars to help find her
Youngster went missing from Essex home in 2001 and has not been seen since
Her uncle was later convicted of her murder but her body has not been found
Police yesterday relaunched the search for her body following a tip off in case
The new search is said to centre on paving slabs beneath garages at the site
Forensic archaeologists, powertools and specialist radars brought in to help

Thanks @ Andrew    ^^^^^.

Just heard on 2 pm Radio 4 news that Ground Penetrating Radar is being used in the search so that should be good.
Hoping for a positive result, but terrible for the parents and family.

ETA = I was thinking about the recent search of garages and gardens where Halliwell used to live.
Here is a link : http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-4243206/Police-dig-garden-murderer-Christopher-Halliwell.html
The police found nothing but no mention of ground penetrating radar - or dogs - being used there ?

Heartbreak as Danielle Jones' family told police have NOT found body of murdered 15-year-old schoolgirl at 'tip-off' location
The policeman leading the inquiry into the murder of the teenager at the hands of her uncle Stuart Campbell in 2001 said this morning: "I am confident that Danielle’s body is not there"
