Yeah but they won't and don't see it that way. Any opportunity to try and tarnish Goncalo Amaral (by association), then they will do it.

And they will never give up doing that.... Unlike the 'search' where they gave up immediately. Well didn't even bother in fact.

I think they are desperate. They have nothing else to cling onto but an ancient rehashed story.

30 days would be this coming week for news if the appeal has been excepted.

Found this on the Portugal Supreme Court website. It shows that the McCann's appeal was listed on 12/9/16. Which means it been with the Judge/s for nearly 4 months now. If the link doesn't come up on the exact page then scroll down to page 99

Not understanding these things was it ever confirmed that the appeal was excepted.

Not - but it is widely assumed that it was accepted. The appeals can only be rejected due to a technical error and it is unlikely that there was a technical error or we would have
heard.
