I think it's all terribly PC and inclusive of them. They have already elected their first black President. Now they are hoping to elect their first orange one.

Trump is an egotistical buffoon who failed to keep his promise of creating 6000 jobs when he built a golf course near Aberdeen. He bullied a landowner and forced a 90 year old lady to live without a proper water supply because he felt he had the right to do what he pleased.
Should make a good president.

And his golf course is a bloody eyesore, it has these great black granite stones and big gold gates at the entrance, it looks like a crematorium. His hotel is losing money and has a very high staff turnover. And there are all these windmills just offshore from it, planning permission was granted for them after the golf course was built. On the day of the Clutha helicopter crash, when Alex Salmond was running about daft dealing with that, Trump spent the entire day on Twitter, trolling Alex about bloody windmills. Despite that fact that people had died. The man is lower than a reptile.

He'll fit in well then as a future President of the US. Come to think of it, he will be on a par with most of the UK Prime Ministers we've had over the past years (the present one included, which I didn't vote for I'm pleased to say).

Now, I have been trying to keep out of all things relating to the forthcoming American presidential elections but I'll just say that the thought of Donald Trump being elected is giving me the screaming habdabs.
I am however going to mention something about Hillary Clinton which is all over social media; charges that she was delighted that a child rapist got off almost unpunished when she was a lawyer in the 1970s.
This is the story from the Snopes website.

I got into quite a heated debate on Facebook with two people (McCann doubters coincidentally!) who believe that the story is true and say you can't believe everything you read on Snopes - they may have been pressurised (shades of Carter-Ruck?) into saying what they have. I'm not quite that paranoid - yet!
A crucial piece of evidence is the audio tape from the 1980s which is included in the Snopes link. My Facebook friends insisted that this shows Hillary in her true colours, laughing that she got this vile creature off.
Yet it is totally clear to me that, while her flippant tone is unfortunate because it makes it easier for remarks to be taken out of context, she is laughing about the unreliability of lie detector tests and the ridiculous situation where part of the forensic evidence was lost.

Hillary Clinton seems to laugh at everything, so I`m not convinced that she was laughing at getting a rapist off back in the 70s.
From listening to Max Kieser and Stacy Herbert this afternoon on RT it seems that citizens of the US don`t know what to do as they have a choice of 2 evils.
IMO Hillary Clinton is fake and a liar, a woman obsessed with power - I think she was the power behind the throne in the Bill Clinton era - she totally controlled him. There are rumours that she is ill - mentally and physically. IMO she is creepy and a nut job.
Trump speaks the obvious which is upsetting a lot of people, but I wouldn`t trust him not to keep world peace or worry about global warming.

Yes Mimi. I have been reading up on Hillary a fair bit lately. Reports range from her suffering from epilepsy to a brain tumour or aneurism to syphillis, because of her bizarre behaviour, especially lately.
She is a war monger and a very dangerous woman imo. She also got away with being indicted during the email scandal where she endangered the USA by using an unencrypted server to send government emails.
She has been implicated in many scandals including Whitewater and I think some 2 billion dollars have been siphoned through the Clinton Foundation.
How a patriotic nation like America has been reduced to choosing between her and Trump is a mystery to any right minded person and I fear for civilisation after November.
