I think everyone knew they weren't cleared except for the McCanns and their backers. I hope they are dragged back to Portugal.

As far as I know the word cleared has never been used by either Grange or PJ.  The PJ lifted arguido status, that was because the case was shelved, and obviously they could not remain arguidos in that case.

I don't know, I have heard people comment that arguido is again valid but I think this may not be true? Not sure at all how that works.

It's going to be interesting to see if the British MSM will start printing extracts from all this..... I'm sure they've all got people on hand translating it as we speak.

I reckon Gerry is on the phone to Kingsley and Napley now. Probably coppering up at the same time and trying to reach some agreement

Is the end game firmly in sight now?

Facts of the Supreme Court findings to me made freely available and printed in the British MSM.... Goncalo's book to be printed in English and sold over here... The general public perception now rapidly changing and now everyone is asking.. 'why have they not been charged'....

PJ issue EAW's.... OG makes a statement confirming the persons are now under arrest and will be extradited to Portugal for questioning.... OG also make a number of additional arrests of people connected to conspiracy and fraudulent charges... etc.

Can anyone else see this being played out over the next couple of months.....

I'd love to see that happening Andrew. My gut tells me nothing will happen though.

I would like to see something happening Andrew. I have said many times now that Dr.A will be vindicated (almost there) and the McCanns will move abroad. As for any court case I do hope the PJ will come up with something now that Brexit may be on the horizon.

The Supreme Justice Court is saying that the McCanns have NOT been cleared. So, as Textusa has said - anyone who - from now on- says that they have been cleared is - lying.

We know that anyway, from following the case of course - but now it is coming from the Supreme Justice Court -

I'm of the opinion that this is only the decision in Portugal.Can anyone enlighten me (and give me some hope) that the same applies with Operation Grange in the UK.
