It's not even that any more - the word 'Madeleine' in itself just seems to generate sales when put on a newspaper. Tabloid editors don't need prompting from "sources" or PR firms anymore when they now know what a cash-cow the poor girl has become. They take no interest in genuinely investigating developments in the case and the trial but will happily use her name in association with any story they can as it seems to be some kind of Pavlovian trigger to sell copies.
Scum.
