His theory is that Madeleine's body was found during the search of Murat's property and the police realised it was buried there to implicate RM. the police knew he was innocent so samples were taken by PJ and planted in Mccann's car to turn the spotlight back on them. The body was left at the property.

No, neither can I.

I heard that theory a couple of years ago when Birch first started. I can't remember if it was on one of his videos or reported in a blog.

According to him, that is the reason no one wants to dig it up. The PJ would be implicated in obstructing the course of justice.

No - I never have completely condemned Stephen Birch. I was one of the only people that listened to him over on CMoMM and was willing to have a proper conversation with him. I know he got frustrated at times (or was it alcohol) but I don`t think he`s a cranky as people make out. Sorry all.

And why shouldn`t he have a girlfriend ?

Its as plausible as anything I suppose,one of the reasons for the PJ not having the enthusiasm to prosecute?

Surely if the PJ found her in RMs garden they wouldn't leave her there, even if they knew RM was not guilty?
Would that mean they then would have to get DNA from the body and plant it in the car?
