The Mystery of Corrie McKeague

The baby is due (apparently) in late spring or early summer - so maybe at the end of this month? That just about ties in with realising she was pregnant in September.

I've heard the name Andrew Ashman in connection with the McCann case too.

I have to confess here I joined the Corrie facebook campaign a few days ago. It was really to find out if there was any news on the birth of April's child.All that has been said so far is that all the 'wrist' bands have been received,can't get my head round this at all. Too many similarities with the McCann case,this is really odd. Apologies I may have mentioned this before. Something not right but just my opinion.

@ costello - has anything been mentioned about the concert Nicola was planning?   Since the facebook and reddit sites became private I have relied  on MSM reports.

I have followed this from the beginning and it it has so many similarities to MBM case, but maybe that is because of the rise of social media?

Suffolk police finished searching the landfill cell last week. This week they are searching the entrance to the cell and it's believed this will be completed this week.
Although small items such as phones have been found, we have been told that nothing that relates to Corrie has been found.
There has been a small amount of Gregg's rubbish but as its just branded paper bags and cardboard boxes apparently none of that can be time dated or it's original location confirmed. So it's not know, which shop or where it came from. Rubbish has been found from the Bury st Edmunds area and from the month of September 2016.
Like all of you, we helplessly sit and wait for this area in the search to be completed.

Mostly what has been reported in MSM.   So difficult to know what is happening as both parents make contrary statements.
He is there, he isn't there, LE are looking in the wrong place, LE believe C is in the landfill......
I hope the police make a statement soon, as Corrie's parents' reports are obviously emotionally influenced, desperate times for them of course.

Yes Andrew there are posts on his fb site saying she did well with the interview,but nothing else.

Not sure I agree with her on the first bit. A young chap suffering from depression and got a casual fling pregnant...

Although I do agree with her that he's not gone AWOL though.

A quick question.... Would it be possible at all for Corrie to be unconscious in the bin and then when it got dumped he came round to try and clamber out. However he passed out again in another area of the landfill and never regained consciousness again?

I can't remember the process of what happens when the rubbish arrives and whether that above theory would be impossible....

Does anyone else find this strange or is it just me.The majority of the posts comments have been turned off,but strangely enough only family well wishers can comment....

Hi costello. I'm not a member there, but when the Facebook site was public (still only available to members now isn't it?) posters complained of the same thing didn't they?

If I remember then there seemed to be several 'threads' of posts but just one was kept open for comments. Having a closed group seems odd to me anyway restricting users and censoring comments.

@bluebell I am trying to find out if there is any new info on the 'Find Corrie' fb site.

I don't know if anyone saw this updated (18th May) article where Nicola talks about using private investigators if the police find nothing in their search.

Anyone know if this has been mentioned on the facebook site ?    Just seems rather big news after all the money raised for that previous investigation group who didn't seem to produce much in the way of results - imo.

There still seems to be no firm date as to the baby's arrival - my paranoia alarm has gone off again!

Assuming that Corrie is the father (and that's a big assumption) surely that child should be here by now.
