The Mystery of Corrie McKeague

Just to let anyone know that has been following this case on Reddit that the main thread on there is now private/invite only due to Find Corrie FB members complaining to Reddit higher ups. I think there might be a thread somewhere that doesn't require an invite but will have to try and find it.

There is nothing on the link yet but thought it might be interesting that the BBC have a page set aside ready to go? Possibly in anticipation of news from the upcoming landfill search?

Funny you should say that as I was about to type up a question to you in regards to what's the latest on Reddit, as just seen that thread 11 is locked and no thread 12...

It is indeed eerily quiet. I can only assume the Police have told the family they are confident they will find him. If the searching of the landfill is just a last resort and in no way indicates they believe he is there then it makes absolutely no sense not to keep the profile high.

Things are indeed quiet. There was a bit of a drama the other night where some breakaway crowd seemed to take exception to threads that were taking the mickey out of the FB crowd. It was supposedly reported to higher up mods and this resulted in a private sub being created to try to keep the trolling down. Turns out there was no report put in so just someone stirring the pot.There is another sub but it seems to be dying a death because most of their mods have deleted their accounts.
I think most of the decent posters have returned to the main group so hopefully the drama queens have gotten bored and gone to cause trouble elsewhere.
Makes me sick when this is supposed to be about a missing boy.

This happens a lot, doesn't it, not just on McCann and other controversial topics.

You get people playing silly games for no known reason.

Do you think this is something and nothing? "Suspicion of attempting to..." is quite vague. People lie, could be something to do with the nightclub ? Or someone he did or didn't meet?
Hope it pushes a few buttons somewhere though.

I think this is something. The police wouldn't have released this if it was on whim and vague. This would've been planned from a long time ago whilst evidence was gathered. And yes, It'll be turning up the 'heat' elsewhere, that's for sure.

The Police won't be giving further details at this time according to EADT.

I hope a resolution is coming very soon and of course that they find Corrie to lay him to rest.

I'm not privy to what goes on on Reddit anymore now it seems to be all private but I'm sure there's some names being banded about and speculation on there as to who it is.

The old guy looks like a younger guy deliberately dressed up as an old geezer and the other one actually looks like a woman when she walks?

He is not related to the missing gunner, who was based at RAF Honington, the force confirmed.

Yeah I agree with your comments on the cctv. He moves well the older person doesn't he, have no idea of age though. I always thought the other 'long white top' person was female, moving like they are busily off to work imo.
