Yep, the first year they were rather detailed. Enid analysed them. Since [no fault of Enid] they're the bare minimum. If you have nothing to hide ... well, you know what I mean.

We are aware that the online store is not working right now. It is not a problem on our end, but has something to do with the host server. Hopefully the store will be back up soon. Thank you for your patience. ~FM Webmaster

It only takes one loose mouth to start a spiraling web.
As with every single element of this, I am, however, open to all possibilities. I just lean towards more feasible explanations: a couple that have been fortunate to get away this long.
Yes you could be right Meteor, but imagine if you were one of their friends and MI5/6 cornered you and laid out consequences for speaking out - think I`d keep my mouth shut ! particularly when you know how often MI5 have the ability to `disappear` people. Look how many people had `accidents` in the Diana saga.

I would imagine there are a lot of VIPs from the UK who own properties in the Algarve. The McCann's had one wealthy friend living near, John Geraghty. He proved to be very helpful. They were invited to dinner by another, Clement Freud. Wonder who else they knew?

Apparently a lot of top footballers have property in the Algarve - don`t know about politicians and pop stars (but from what`s coming to light recently they prefer little boys).

Re: DCI Andy Redwood
Not connecting George Galloway in any way to the Madeleine's disappearance.
Surprising though just who has property there.
http://www.theportugalnews.com/news/break-in-riddle-at-george-galloways-algarve-villa/14333.
Link not working. George Galloway has a villa, high on a hill, in Burgau.

That`s why I never go shopping in December - one just cannot get away from bloomin` Xmas - everyone seems to become brainwashed into it all.

I'll start a new topic for people to moan and groan about Christmas - or say what they like about it.

My eldest son has an alternate version of the Christmas song, mistletoe and wine.
Unfortunately, due to the possible legal ramifications..... I can't share it with you!

I imagine that it is as refined and tasteful as the version of Last Christmas which was going around after George Michael's encounter with an undercover cop in a public toilet.
I've posted a link to an extract of the original version of Mistletoe and Wine (i.e not Cliff's) here.

Is the online shop back up yet? Mind you it's been offline two or three times but always pops back up again so I won't get my hopes up...

A few years ago one day in searing hot August they were playing 'Jinglebells' in my village supermarket in Spain

Hello marconi
Thinking aloud:
What if Operation Grange was expected to have concluded long before now? DCI Redwood might have planned his retirement as going out in a blaze of glory but beaureacracy and the logistics of carrying out an investigation in two countries slowed the case down.
I know from personal experience that once the wheels are in motion that you are going to leave a large organisation on a specific date, it is difficult if not impossible to change that - assuming that you would want to.

All quiet since DCI Wall took over. If this is a whitewash, surely we would have heard something by now? More suspects, more on one that AR had found or more on a new lead that DCI Wall had sussed? No, nothing, I wonder what she's doing?
