This extract makes it sound as if he was jailed for his thoughts!

I've never heard of him, it was aired on the radio this morning with Madeleines name mentioned, which pricked my ears up.

I didn't say it was any good. I got it on my Youtube suggestions. It did make me think about the many possible uses of the term "Easter egg" though.

I've had to give up because of the whizzing to one screen shot after another - it's the same problem for me as flashing images.

I'll be interested to know what other meanings there might be of Easter egg!

"Easter egg" is a slang term for something, usually self-referential, inserted in media such as a film or computer game that has nothing to do with the story itself but is merely intended as a kind of reward to the observant. So, imagine if you were watching The Cry and one of the passengers on the plane was reading Looking For Madeleine - that kind of thing.

In that sense the Easter egg pictures, hosted as they were on a relatives Facebook page and therefore not directly offered up to McCann watchers, are something of an "Easter egg" in themselves.

I wouldn't have thought that anyone could be charged with failing to provide their Facebook password to the police. Don't the police have the authority anyway to let a computer expert get into the account?
