Re: The Mystery of Ben Needham
Thanks, Chirps. As far as I know there hasn't been any talk from Christine at all of late. No references, no comments, no nothing....
Unless of course I've missed all that...

And here is the map with the three locations on. The place where Christine is shown in the doc is marked Kapidokias 16. You can see how close the caravan must have been to Kerry's work marked Olympianikon:
Just bringing the route you plotted over.
The second location is where Militou is next to your plotted route of Christine's walk.

Much obliged, Seahorse. I was thinking that the Caravan and Site 2 were a lot closer to one another but obviously not.

The Police have made it very clear that they know a lot more than what they're prepared to tell us (media).

Re: The Mystery of Ben Needham
Sorry for the lack of replies. Got called into work whilst waiting in the dentists waiting area....
Seahorse has done some great legwork in trying to pin down the location of the second dig site. Based on the media photos Andrew posted this morning the below is where that is I think.
Black arrow= second dig site? Red arrow= Kerry's workplace Green arrow= farmhouse. All subject to change.
Will now digest the posts I've missed!
Edit: I failed to change the arrow from Green to Red... I think the farmhouse and Kerry's workplace are well known locations either way!

TTWO _ Many, many thanks to yourself and seahorse for those maps.
I thought the new search site was either Militou (?) Road or the road parallel to that.
All I have to go on are the news updates, have I totally misunderstood everything ? Thanks in advance.

No problem, bluebell. I believe I'm correct based on the topography on google street view compared to the media pictures. Here is a direct link to street view: (note the hillside and two small trees on the top and house Seahorse mentioned that was in the documentary)

Re: The Mystery of Ben Needham
Thanks TTWO and seahorse,
I can follow it from your map seahorse, along Militou isn't it? Not too far from the farmhouse.
From the links Andrew posted sounds like the large concrete blocks will be removed (also the remnants of local cinema??) then the sifting and examination of the detritus dumped years ago.
Don't know what the temp is there now but doesn't look as if there is much shade for the investigators.

Yes, it's along Militou (the one that's written vertically).
It's back breaking work for sure. I really think they want to conclude this case.

Yeah I think Seahorse has got this. I'm still trying to work out the angles of why the media image and caravan site pictures comparison I did match up so well!

Re: The Mystery of Ben Needham
So now we have figured out where everything is the next question is if this communal tip has been there and used for decades then why was it never searched?

Well it seems this "information" only came last year as I understand
I just wonder - and these are only my own thoughts - whether the investigation team have found something at the
farmhouse site ?? This business about Ben's sandal has emerged hasn't it?
Could they have unearthed something, maybe a it of a sandal but no bones (sorry, I hate writing that) at the farmhouse so need to examine the rest of what was dumped elsewhere ?
I am only suggesting reasons for a second search site. I can only guess. Just hope this search for Ben
comes to a positive closure.

In the abscence of Andrew .....allow me.....
http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/ben-needhams-mum-reveals-wanted-8995046
Kerry Needham says she was stunned when officers started searched a roadside builders' dump
They did tell her why they were there ......didnt they!? I cannot imagine how upsetting this is ....but some of the stories from the press with Kerry seemingly cooperating just seem inappropriate.....the article seems to set up finding something gruesome there....the press at their worst....

Re: The Mystery of Ben Needham
Seems to be tied up with a pretty little bow to me, Bampots.
Some of Kerry's comments are a bit cutting and the suggestion of Dino making a dump run while all the family were at the police station (after 22:00 while dark?).... In the two docs there was never any mention of Dino even being there in the afternoon and Eddie and Danny worked at the farmhouse site until early evening.
If this witness is really a friend of Dino it is going to have to be made public who he is and to explain it to the world to even have me starting to believe this scenario. Like I said before how do we know this guy didn't do it all and is now placing it all on his dead friend? He seems to know intricate details. How can they prove Dino did any of this because looking at the dumping site there are homes all around and there must have been other witnesses.

Ben's mum Kerry only knew the location of 2nd dig when she saw @DailyMirror video online yesterday. #BenNeedham

No major developments overnight on #BenNeedham investigation - police working on two separate sites today.
